The equipment is used for the insulation of liquid aluminum near the die casting machine in the cold chamber(without the function) and the aluminum melting tank is cast with non-stick aluminum casting materials.
Its advantages include fast temperature rise(10%)，energy conservation (save 10% of energy compared with electric insulation), environmental protection (by use of self-preheating rapid burner which ensures sufficient combustion) and safety (no crucible breakage risk) ,so it is one of the best holding furnace equipment.
